How is it different from JustDial?
Serckl is neighbourhood-first and free to browse. JustDial is a paid city-wide directory. Serckl shows you live offers happening today; JustDial gives you a phone number.
Where is Serckl available?
Serckl is live in Kerala on the App Store and Google Play. New neighbourhoods light up as more shops join.

For Consumers
Is the app free for shoppers?
Yes. Discovery, browsing, saving deals, and RSVPing to events are all free forever for consumers.
Do I need to share my location?
You can pick your neighbourhood manually or grant location for auto-detection. Nothing more granular than the neighbourhood is stored.
How do I claim a deal?
Tap the deal in the app to reveal a code or a WhatsApp enquiry button. Show it in-store or message the shop directly.
Will you spam me?
No. We only WhatsApp or notify when a deal or event genuinely matches your saved neighbourhood and preferences. Unsubscribe with one tap.
What kinds of deals do you show?
Food, salons, tuition, repair, fitness, retail, and services. Anything a real local business offers within your neighbourhood.

How much does it cost to list?
Starter plan is free forever. Paid plans start at ₹499/mo (Lite) and ₹699/mo (Growth). See business.serckl.com/pricing for the full breakdown.
How long does onboarding take?
About 15 minutes. Message us on WhatsApp with your business details; we set up your listing and share it back for approval.
Do I need a smartphone?
Yes, a basic Android smartphone with WhatsApp is enough. No computer needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time; your listing drops to the free tier automatically.
How is Serckl different from a Google Business Profile?
Google gives you a static listing. Serckl gives you a live deals feed, WhatsApp enquiry, analytics, and a customer base that opens the app specifically to see what's new nearby.
Trust & Safety
Is my data safe?
Yes. We store the minimum needed to notify you (phone, chosen neighbourhood). Your data is never sold. Full details are on the Privacy page.
How do you verify businesses?
We verify every listing before publishing — GST number, address confirmation, and where possible an in-person visit by our field team.
Who do I contact for support?
Message us on WhatsApp any time. That's the fastest way. Email works too, but WhatsApp gets a same-day reply.
